I got 83.5 percentile in Lsat. Is there any scholarship I am eligible for in OP jindal law school?
Dear Vasav ,
Great that you have appeared for Law School Admission Test of India and scored 83.5. I am glad to receive inputs from aspirant like you who seem serious about their career and seek answers to clarify their doubts. It's good to have doubts as it helps you in asking questions and knowing what's unknown.
Coming to your query. You may be knowing the process of admission through LSAT India, according to which your percentile scores are sent to the law schools across India which then based on their admission process, shortlist you for the further rounds of admission.
Now, if you wish to go for OP Jindal Global Law School, it's one of the good colleges offering five-year integrated law programmes. The good news is that they grant scholarships to the law aspirants.
I am providing here the details.
According to Anand Prakash Mishra, Head of Admissions, OP Jindal Law School, there are a substantial number of scholarships in various forms on merit-based, which may range up to 100% of the tuition fees as per rules. However, the LSAT—India scores remain the main criterion to award scholarship at JGLS.
The LSAT India test takers scoring more than 75 percentile are eligible for one scholarship or the other. The three major scholarships available are Haryana Domicile Fee Concession, O.P. Jindal Outstanding Merit Scholarships, Naveen Jindal Young Global Scholarships, Shallu Jindal Outstanding Women Scholarships and Savitri Jindal Studentships/Graduate Assistantships.
You may apply for the scholarships and admission until June 15.
Hope this clarifies your doubt. If there is still something bothering you regarding this, feel free to counter-question me and I'll be happy to answer you back.
Keep asking questions and knowing the unknown.
All the best!
Thank you.
