Hey,
First of all, you have to apply to Anna University Counselling (TNEA Counselling) with your 12 th Marks. Then, cut off will be will be calculated based on your marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry out of 200. And then, TNEA 2019 cut off marks will be released only when the application scrutiny process completes for all applied applicants.
