Withe the percentile which you have got which is 84.6 percentile,you have not even qualified in the JEE mains and hence you are not even applicable to give the JEE advance paper.With this percentile you. I was qualified for jEE advanced exam...and 74 % is enough for OBC category....so I already wrote that
