I got 85 percentile in jee and 50002 rank in OBC central list can I get a seat in GFTI

First, congratulations on clearing the cut off, as the cut off of OBC was 75% and you're clearly ahead of that, so, according to last year's opening and closing ranks, you'll most probably get a seat in GFTI or even NITs and good branches. Keep checking for college's cut off lists, you'll get into your desired college. All the best.
