Hello, JNTU Kakinada admission is not through JEE Main directly. For B.Tech admission, students mainly need to:

Write AP EAPCET (EAMCET) exam
Get a good rank in that exam
Take part in counselling (seat allotment process)

So, college seat depends on EAPCET rank, branch choice, category, and counselling rounds, not just JEE Main percentile.
