Hello student,

You have not mentioned your home state. You can get CSE if yoou belong to the hs quota.

NIT Goa
NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Arunachal Pradesh.

Most of the NIT's had a closing rank of 6,000 in sc category. But scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
