I got 86 percentile in IIT Mains is there any chance of getting engineering seat NIT

You haven't mentioned your home state, your category and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting into the NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this percentile.
