I got 86.571 percentile. can I get admission in any NITs or other colleges with CS branch . From general category and RAJASTHAN STATE

With 86.571 percentile in the General category, you might be able to get a rank around 1,17,000. This was calculated using the formula 100-86.571(To find the total percent of students ahead of you) * 869010 (total students)=100.

With this rank, Home state or not, you will not be able to get any NIT or IIIT. It is difficult to say if you will even qualify for JEE Advanced, so prepare well for the April Mains.

You can maybe get CSE/IT in JIIT Noida, sector 128 branch with that rank. If money is not a problem, you can use the NRI or Management Quota (if applicable) to get into some good private colleges like JIIT Noida sector 62 branch etc, in CSE Branch. In 2019, an All India Rank of 4483 secured a seat in MNIT Jaipur under Home State General Category. That has been the cut off. Now that is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending in various factors.

Meanwhile,your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 116699 . Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
