I got 86.884%ile in jee main my crl rank is 141469 . Can I get admission in HBTU OR any of NITS I belong to general category ?

Congratulations for your rank.
As you have mentioned yor rank and percentile, it is very difficult to get NIT with this rank. But you may get sone good private colleges and might get some government Colleges but you'll not get core branches there.
Now coming to HBTU. As per previous records you'll not get chance in HBTU with this rank.
