I got 87.5% in 12th and if i will het 450 in NEET then can i get a medical college for MBBS ?

Your 12th marks hold importance only for qualifying you for NEET. They hold no importance or weightage in getting you a Medical seat. For you to secure a seat in MBBS, your NEET score, Category and rank in the merit list matter. Now you haven't mentioned the Category and State you belong to. 450 might get a seat in Private Medical Colleges but for Government Medical Colleges you need much more.
