I got 88 mark in jee advance in ST category my rank is 268 but but CRL cutoff is not cleared showing did I qualified in IIT or not

Well basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, it seems that you have been qualified in the exam and is eligible for further counseling process. You must apply for the counseling to get admission into the respective colleges accepting JEE ADVANCED score.
