I got 88 percentile in jee mains and 77% in boards.Am I eligible for nirma university ece branch?

sorry to say but i dont think you can get ece in nirma university with 88 percentile in jee mains.If you are going for that college only then you must opt for branches like civil,you can get into those streams.Either you can opt for some other colleges to get into ece.
