First of all congratulations for clearing JEE Main and I suggest you to prepare for JEE Advanced rather than worrying about the college. Secondly, you have not mentioned your home state, therefore, it would be difficult for me to tell you the best college at your rank. But I'm pretty sure you'll be getting lower NITs and new IIITs at this rank.
