I got 89 percentile in sc category.My sc rank is 4805.Can i get CS in top 10 nit?

your category rank is very good and definitely you will get any nits or iiits of top rated,
With a descent branch.
But you cant get cse in top colleges.

CSE is the most sought after engineering branch in NITs and hence has a high cutoff. So based on your rank, you will not be able to get admission in CSE in the top 10 NITs.
