As per your percentile 89.5 your rank would be between 115045-85657. As you haven't mentioned your category so I'm assuming general, with this percentile it is difficult to get CS, IT branch as the cut off is 90.3765 for general category. Although you can participate in state counselling of states like Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand.

Hello aspirant,as you have not mentioned your category considering you to be General,you haven't qualified JEE Main.With this percentile it is very difficult for you to get these branches in good colleges.You may get these branches in North eastern NIT's in the special rounds.But it will be better if you apply in the councelling of your own state for state govt colleges.You can also consider good private colleges like BITS,VIT and SRM which conduct their own entrance exam.
