Based on your percentile you are just above cutoff so you are eligible for josaa counselling.
You can try for north east nit,nit srinagar and many gfti through choice filling.
There is also a csab round in which you may get a seat in college.
In private you ahould fill form for jaypee noida,thapar and amity for cse
