No, you can't get admission in NIT Bhopal or any IIIT in the above mentioned rank. It would be better for you to go for a private college or State Government Colleges.

Hello aspirant,
With your rank it's slight difficult for you to get college in any nit or Iiit still you can try for some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit tripura, nit sikkim as the general cutoffs of these colleges are generally low.
You can try for some private university such as lnmiit which take admission through Jee mains score
Or you can drop an year and prepare once again for jee.
