I Got 90.92% in mains and 97.83% in pcm in boards will I get CSE branch in category-1or2 in VITEEE ? What would be my fees and rank?

At this point in time it is difficult to predict the cut off because this is the first time VITEEE 2020 is cancelled and admission is solely based on class 12 merit and JEE Main 2020 score. Your rank depends on total number of candidates applied, highest score, category etc and the cut off depends on number of seats available, number of students applied etc. You need to wait until the results are declared. And the fee for the academic year 2020-21 is already posted on VIT official website. Fee structure for Computer Science and Engineering is as follows

• Annual Tuition fee(after concession): Rs. 1,95,000
• Caution Deposit: Rs. 3,000

Considering your board exam marks which is exceptionally well and your JEE mains percentile which is also good, you have decent chances of getting admission in top branches of VIT including CSE.VIT has yet not detailed about the detailed rank criteria your chances are good of securing a seat.
The fees in VIT is around Rs. 1,73,000 every year for Group A programmes and around Rs. 1,95,000 every year for Group B programmes.
