i got 91.5 percentile in feb-21 attempt and 91.2 persentile in march-21 attempt. i am general-Pwd categary. what is the chance to get CS in NITs.

As you have scored this much so why not you just take a one more attempt to be in the range of 98+ percentile so your chances will increase to get the CSE seat in NIT's. At this end your percentile is 92+ in both the attempts and according to that rank would be around 90K, you can also check it by yourself through this link.
And in that you may get some lower NIT's but not in the CSE branch, some NIT's are like Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Assam etc. you will get CSE here but most of the seats are reserved for home state students only. Better if you go in the CSAB round of counselling there may you get the CSE but that part is risky. If you don't want to give another attempt then you can choose some good colleges of your state and that would be more beneficial, now its totally up to you whether you try for the another attempt or choose a good college in your state.
