I got 9175 rank in jee main 2019 .In obc category name the colleges elligible for nit and iit for cse branch

If this is your category Rank. ( 9175 ) ; than it will be not possible to get CSE in good nits .
Only chance is that you may get CSE in low ranked nits like ( nit Goa ; nit Uttarakhand etc ) ; better to take state government college( CSE ) than these low ranking nits.
And talking about iits ; it will depend upon your jee advanced ranking only and you need to secure rank under 400-500 ( varies according to college ) for CSE branch .
