I got 93.14 percentile and i m OBC. Should I take some state college in my home state Bihar or try out some private college far away from my home?

Taking into consideration that you have secured this percentile in JEE mains so let. Me tell you that your predicted rank would be around 75k. So, through josaa in your state Nit patna Has high cut offs As compared To your percentile.
So,I would recommend to keep as a back up the private colleges like comedk ,vit vellore,Manipal, srm university. But you can hope to get bsc course at nit patna.
