As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 60147 - 48371. There is a chance that you can get NIT on your category rank there is a chance you can get NIT in your desired branch. You can check the previous year cutoff list of the NITs from the link below:

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
