Yes, with overall percentile you can get admission in computer science in NIT . Almost all the NIT'S are same , they have same syllabus , same ciricullum and the placments may differ slightly but not by much . It depends on your overall rank , if your overall rank is below 5000 (for open category) you can get admission in NIT. The cut offs vary every year .
