I got 9433 rank in Githam exam can I get a cse seat or any course of my own choice in Visakhapatnam campus

First of all congratulations on your Gitam GAT rank of 9433. To answer your question you will get CSE or any branch as you wish in Visakhapatnam Campus. But you are not eligible of for getting a free seat or any fee concession. Forgetting fee concession of at least 25% you need to score the rank below 2000.
