Hi Aspirant
You might get NIT but top NIT is far away.Usually for 95%ile you might have scored about 125-130 marks in JEE mains and with that score you cannot get top NITs.NITs with lower cut off would be in your choice.
Nothing is yet confirmed .You need to wait for the official announcement of the result and that would be in april after JEE.
If you wish to improve yourself you can take JEE otherwise if you wish to stick you can.
But if you improved and got a few more marks you might get some good college.
