Hello Om,
If you belong to General or OBC category then there is almost zero chance for good NITs. However, you can get admission in North East NITs in very unpopular branch of engineering. But if you belong to SC or ST category, then you have decent chance. You should also go for admission in home state quota in your state telangana or AP. But, with this marks, you will have very limited chance for core branch.
