Hii,

To get in NIT Rourkela you need to get minimum under 10,000 AIR in JEE Mains this will vary according to your choice of branch and from which state you have the domescile certificate. Recently central government has given some reservation to the girls in NIT’S n IIT’s.

You will definitely get nit Rourkela but getting CSE branch will depend

But don't worry, go for counseling
