I got 97.6 percentile in b arch, but upto now, two rounds of josaa have been completed , but I didn't get any seat, when can I get seat, I mean in which round?? OBC NCL rank 1148,CRL rank 3568.,homestate andhra pradesh.

First of all congratulations on securing 1148 obc ncl category rank in JEE mains paper 2. Now it's quite surprising that Till round two you haven't got any seat in any NITs for Architecture course.
Because if this much rank was secured in 2019 JEE mains paper 2 then till round two, students could have got any one nit among the nine nits that offers Architecture course.
Also if you go with the previous year cut off trends then you have chances in :-

• MNIT Jaipur
• MANIT Bhopal
• NIT Hamirpur
• NIT Patna
• VNIT Nagpur

But this year it's looking like till round 5 you will not get any nits because the cutoff closing ranks are near about between 500 to 600 for OBC NCL category for round 2 counselling.
And this year josaa will be of six rounds and 6th round is only for candidates who got allotted seat in IIT. So you have only hope till 5th round. But still, as per seeing the increment of cutoff closing ranks, the chances are very hard or in other words very low chances for you to get any nits upto 5th josaa round. But still you can hope, because as per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks there is a chance that you can get NITs.
