I got 97.95 percentile in January mains examination....And I belong to female gen category....(Andhra Pradesh state)....so in which nit clg can i expect a seat and around what number my rank would be??

97.95 percnetile means your expected rank would be around 17,814. And if the number of candidates in September Session increases then your rank would also increase. Now the cutoffs depend on various factors. You are a general category student and going by previous years cutoffs, you can expect-

• Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Civil Engineering in NIT Andhra Pradesh, VNIT Nagpur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Durgapur
• Civil Engineering in NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal
• Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar, NIT Puducherry, NIT Patna and many more.

With this rank you can expect seat in almost all the NITs apart from few like NIT Trichy etc. Getting CSE in top and average NITs will be difficult but you can expect CSE in North eastern NITs. Or else, almost all branches are achievable at this rank. However, this is based on previous few years' data and this year the cutoffs might change.
