First of all, congrats! If you receive the above percentile that you are looking for, you are qualified to write the JEE Advanced.

It is a respectable percentile for people who are only wanting to pass the JEE Main.  If you receive a 97 percentile, your position is somewhere around 30000.

The other branches will most likely be found at some of the IIITs or at NIT AP, NIT Agatala, or NIT Arunachal Pradesh, among others.
