i got 99281 rank in JEE can i get seat obc category

As you have not mentioned the Category in which you got the above rank. So I'm assuming that your above rank belongs to OBC category,now according to the previous year cut offs you have no chances of getting Nits/IIIts/Gftis. You might get state government college in your state using your state quota or ortherwise you should go for private colleges.
