see every year cutoff score changes and it depends on certain factors like number of candidates, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category , choice of stream etc. however every nits has home state quota and all india quota. every nits has 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates. now coming to your score it would be difficult to secure ALL india category seats at this score in cse in top nits.
