Hello aspirant,
According to the ISC rules percentage is calculated according to the best 4 but according to NIT's and IITs 75% marks are calculated using the marks of physics, chemistry and mathematics and this three subjects would be compulsory included while calculating percentage and then it should be more than 75% so calculate your percentage accordingly.
