I got 99.66/100 in PCB and 117/180 in KCET. what will be my rank and which collage i can choose

As per the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank in KCET 2021 is expected to be in the range of 500-1500 .  But note that this is not your exact rank because it is not yet released and the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.
