hello,sir mere friend ko jee main main 78 marks hai aur wo ST category ka hai usko boards main 46% aaye hai toh usko konsa clg milega kya?

You got an average percentile.Based on your category i will tell you in which college you can get seat.You can still participate in Josaa counselling.If you are from general category you will not definitely get seat in top colleges.If you are in reserved category you will have high chances to get seat in best branch but not in top college.
