i got a rank of 113000 in eamcet and can get a seat in good college

No, you cannot get seat in good Colleges for your rank and what ever category you might belong to. So try for Management quota seats if you want to study Engineering in good Colleges or else go with the College in which you get through TS EAMCET Counselling.
