Hello,
You have not mentioned your category. Assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting in MANIT, Bhopal in B.Planning the cut off was 4301 under open category other state quota. This is the only NIT offering B.Planning. But cut off varies with the change in number of candidates appeared in current year, number of seats, difficulty of exam etc.
