According to previous year's cutoffs the closing rank for B.Tech Biotechnology in MIT Manipal was 16048 in the first round. The closing rank for Biotechnology in the final round was 26415.
As your rank is 24420, you have chances to get B.Tech biotechnology in the 3rd round of counselling.
