i got a rank of 5860 in neetpg 2020....what r the chances of getting md general medicine in govt clges in telangana? please help

You did not mention your Category. So I will write this answer for General Category. According to last year cut offs and your current rank, you can get a seat in Krishna Institute of Medical Science and Hospital. The opening rank after Round 1 in 2019 was 15569 and Round 2 was 18508.This is the only College in Telangana with this rank for you. You cannot Government College for MD in Medicine. But for this rank if you belong to Reserved Categories, you can also get Government colleges.
