Yes, you can apply for the all India quota counselling round 2 .If you get a seat through all India quota ,you can leave the college where you have taken admission through state quota .

no my question is if i alloted A college through aiq 2 round then i am eligible or not for Rajasthan state 2 round

I also give willingness for upgradation at the time of 1 round college joining which I get through state 1 round so I want my state top college whether it is through aiq 2 round or state 2 round that's why I am asking if I participate in aiq 2 round then whether i am eligible or not for state 2 round
