Dear Farhan, you haven't mentioned whether it is OBC-A or OBC-B. In 2018, under State Quota, OBC-A candidate secured a seat in ESI PGIMSR for 478 marks. OBC-B candidates who  secured 474 marks got seats in Murshidabad and Maldah Medical colleges. In this context, 474 puts you in a tight spot. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, too NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
