I got admission in a Govt college for EEE stream in state merit. Am I eligible for applying CS in Spot Allotment ?

Dear candidate.... hope you're doing good..
Well, since you've already been alloted a college in the successive rounds of counselling, so you may not be eligible for applying in spot counseling. But still you may wait for any upgradation if possible in the successive rounds of counselling.

Yes u are eligible for that. You can apply for spot and can choose whatever college and whatever stream other than EEE.
