Yes it is possible to get alloted for the same but you have the pass the process again and if you get selected for any institution then you have to lefft yur present institution.

No. If you have taken admission in a college, its not possible to switch to other college through entrance exam. You have to resign from your seat within first 6 months of your admission to be eligible for getting seat in other college.
