If you are not alloted any college in round 1 , it means your marks are not enough to get a seat in medical college. You should wait for round 2 and also further rounds of allotment. Maybe , in any other round you can get a college. Please furnish us with the information of the state that you belong to so that we can tell you the chances of getting a medical college.

Hello dear, the only reason that you have not got any college is that your rank in not up to their cutoff rank, but don't be dishearten wait for the next round.

I am sorry to say that you have less chances to get admission in government colleges but you can still wait for round 2 counselling there maybe a hope.
But I suggest you to try appying in privates colleges and you need to do it in hurry as the seats are getting filled.
