Hello,
You can get a seat but of private college. Go for counsellings and try to get a seat in good med college.

Hello,

According to your rank, chances are less for admission to Government Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu under 15% All India Quota.

You can try for admission to private colleges and deemed university.
