I got allotted for round2 and I try to login through allotment letter it shows 'youre not eligible for neet counseling'

There is nothing to worry about all you need to do is to contact with the counselling process of neet and let them know or report them about your issue they will definitely help you with that and otherwise write a mail to them letting your issue known to them but make sure they work on it as soon as possible so that you may not in a closing more rounds of counselling. further if you need any other detail apart from this you can let me know in the comments section below we will definitely help you with that.
