Now as you have secured 65745 category rank then yes, you can participate in jee mains counseling - josaa counseling.
Also you have qualified your jee mains then your should sit in josaa to try your luck.
Because In jossa counseling anyone who who has given Jee mains can participate in josaa counselling, it doesn't matter that where they have qualified jee mains or not.
So get yourself registered in josaa counselling on 6th October 2020.
