I got clg in 2nd round of counseling ugeac but I am not satisfied and I have to wait for 3rd round thn I have to report at reprting center?

Your question is not totally clear out but here I am assuming that you are not happy or satisfied with your college that that given to you in 2 round of counselling so yes you can wait for 3rd round but before that you can also report that college so if you can't able to get any better college in 3rd round then you can come back to your previous college..

Hey !! first of all congrats !!!You are in Safe Zone now .
You must have to report at the reporting centre.
At there you have to verify you documents and after that you have 2 options
1. admission
2. Upgrade
And if you are not satisfied from your alloted college\branch you may Upgrade after document verification.
