if i have done upgradation in 2nd round of jossa and i have got a different nit but i am not satisfied can i get same seat of my 2nd round

No you cannot get the previous seat that you got in the previous round.

This is followed as per the rule and it cannot be changed.

Once you go for upgradation and get a different college you cannot get the previous college.

This is due to many reasons as the seats for previous college may be filled or due to other reasons.

I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, as per my research, if your seat is upgraded in the 3rd round then automatically round 2 seat get canceled. Incase if Upgrading is not done in the 3rd round then your 2nd round seat will be retained so you can accept it. If you don't want to take any risk and for further clarification, it would be better if you contact the help desk to know regarding this.
