I got compart in board,but I had Cross the eligibility criteria for neet. If i pass neet will I got admis in govt college by qualify compart

The process of any counseling is not as smooth as you think. You can apply for counseling for colleges you are interested in but if you donot have relevant and required documents at the time of counseling you shall not be taken into consideration.
So you will have to give NEET next year again.
